Aaron was born and raised right here in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from Coronado High School and attended Texas Tech University where he graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems in 2000. Aaron continued at Texas Tech where he obtained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2003. He graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Aaron founded the Aaron Carter Law Firm in May 2009. He teamed up with attorney Bonnie Rader in 2014, and Carter & Rader was formed in mid-2015. Aaron is a graduate of the prestigious Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association Trial College, a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association, and member of the Lubbock Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association. Aaron is licensed to practice law in Texas, New Mexico, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Aaron and his wife, Brianna Carter (originally from Logan, New Mexico), have two children: Kaedyn and Tatum. During his free time, Aaron enjoys coaching baseball with Lubbock Cooper Little League, where he is a board member, and Lubbock Cooper YFL football. He also supports the Texas Tech Red Raiders, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys.
